These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the j59 platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and j59. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing j59, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
What These Terms Cover
Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your j59 account. Credentials must not be shared. j59 will treat all activity from a logged-in session as authorised by the account holder.
Fair Use Obligation
Players must use j59 for personal entertainment only. Any form of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or use of automated software to exploit the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
Payment Integrity
All funds deposited to and withdrawn from j59 must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Funds suspected of originating from fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation.
KYC Compliance
j59 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawal requests above specified thresholds require completion of KYC. Providing false documentation constitutes fraud and will be referred to relevant authorities.
Restricted Territories
j59 is operated for players based in Bangladesh. Users accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited are responsible for compliance with their local laws. j59 does not accept liability for unlawful access.
Responsible Gaming
j59 is committed to responsible gaming. Tools including deposit limits, session limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to all account holders. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use these tools and contact our support team immediately.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the j59 platform in any capacity — including as a registered account holder or as an unregistered visitor — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and j59 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
j59 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. When changes are made, the revised document will be published at j59.club/terms-conditions with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of j59 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English and should be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. Where any translation of this document exists for reference purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
Use of j59 is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. j59 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Players found to be under 18 at any point will have their accounts immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — forfeited.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. If you are acting under a guardianship, power of attorney, or any other legal restriction that affects your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use j59.
- Personal use: You must be registering and using j59 for your own personal entertainment. Registration on behalf of another person, or use of another person's account, is strictly prohibited.
- Single account: You may hold only one active j59 account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under a different identity — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended.
- Not a j59 employee: Current employees of j59, its affiliates, contractors, and immediate family members of the above are not permitted to hold active player accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the platform.
j59 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued Bangladesh National ID card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.
Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of j59 services — including real-money betting, live casino, deposits, and withdrawals — you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:
- Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
- Date of birth
- Valid Bangladesh mobile number (used for SMS verification and account security)
- Preferred currency (Bangladeshi Taka, BDT)
- A secure password of your choosing
You must ensure that all registration details remain accurate and up to date at all times. If any detail changes — including your mobile number or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. j59 will not be liable for communications or verification messages sent to an outdated mobile number provided by the account holder.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j59 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or SMS verification codes with any other person. j59 will treat any activity performed using valid login credentials as having been authorised by the registered account holder, regardless of whether the actual user is the account holder or a third party who has obtained access.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact j59 support immediately at [email protected]. j59 may suspend the account pending investigation. j59 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access that resulted from the account holder's failure to maintain credential security.
j59 employs SMS-based two-step verification for sensitive account actions. You are strongly encouraged to enable this feature and to ensure your registered mobile number is current.
Deposits and Withdrawals
j59 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). There are no currency conversion fees applied to any deposit or withdrawal. The following payment methods are supported:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB)
- Bank Transfer: BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by the issuing bank for online transactions)
Deposits: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your j59 wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours. j59 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges in accordance with their own terms.
Minimum and Maximum Transactions: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within your j59 account. j59 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players participating in promotional offers may be subject to additional minimum deposit requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. j59 targets withdrawal processing within a competitive timeframe; however, actual timing may vary depending on the payment method, account verification status, and the volume of pending requests. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad accounts are typically completed fastest.
Third-Party Payments: j59 strictly prohibits the use of payment accounts registered in the name of a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account in the name of the registered j59 account holder, and all withdrawals will be directed to a verified account in the same name. Funds received from unverified third-party sources will be returned to the sender and may trigger a mandatory account review.
Bonuses and Promotions
j59 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement must be wagered 30 times before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
- Time Limits: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion). Expired bonus balances are removed from the account without compensation.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live table games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%); certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each promotion are published alongside the promotion terms.
- Maximum Bet During Wagering: While a bonus balance is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. If a deposit is made while a bonus is already active, the new bonus will be queued and credited after the current bonus has been either completed or forfeited.
- Abuse and Exploitation: j59 employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse including, but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed to meet requirements without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and coordinated exploitation by groups of players. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.
j59 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision made by j59 regarding the interpretation or application of promotion terms is final.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on j59. Specific rules for individual sports markets, live casino games, slot titles, and quick-play games are published within the relevant game or product section of the platform.
- Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by j59's system with a unique bet reference number. Bets that fail before confirmation — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or any other reason — are not valid and no stake will be deducted from your account balance for such bets.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each market or game and may vary by product type, player account tier, and specific event. j59 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account at any time at its sole discretion.
- Obvious Errors: j59 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or prices that were published in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. j59 will make every effort to identify and correct pricing errors in a timely manner.
- Live / In-Play Betting: Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. j59 will not be liable for bets that could not be placed during a market suspension. In-play odds are updated in real time and a bet is accepted only at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation.
- Cricket Betting: Cricket markets on j59 cover BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches, and other major international tournaments. Specific settlement rules for each cricket market type — including match winner, top batsman, total sixes, and in-play markets — are published in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
- RNG Games: All slot and virtual table game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by j59's game studio partners including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others. Game outcomes are mathematically random and cannot be influenced by the player or by j59.
- Live Casino: Live dealer games are provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game variant are displayed within the game interface. Where a discrepancy exists between rules displayed within the game and rules published on j59, the in-game rules of the provider shall prevail.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j59 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or using j59 while under 18 years of age
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any verification process
- Operating multiple accounts for any purpose
- Using payment methods registered in the name of a third party
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds from illegal sources or structuring transactions to conceal their origin
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately; failure to report a known exploit will be treated as intentional abuse
- Colluding with other players in live poker or other competitive game formats
- Threatening, abusing, or harassing j59 support staff or other players in any communication channel
- Attempting to circumvent account suspension or self-exclusion by registering a new account
- Using a VPN or proxy service to obscure your geographic location
Account Closure and Suspension
Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your j59 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, j59 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
Suspension by j59: j59 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal activity
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the account holder's payment provider
- Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
- Instruction from a relevant legal or regulatory authority
Inactive Accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or real-money bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. j59 will send a notification to the registered mobile number prior to applying any inactive account policy. Real-money balances in inactive accounts are maintained and remain accessible upon reactivation following successful identity verification.
Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming Closure: Players who request self-exclusion through j59's responsible gaming tools will have their account access removed for the duration of the self-exclusion period chosen. Attempts to open a new account during a self-exclusion period constitute a breach of these terms. Appeals: If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected] with full details of your account and the reasons for your appeal. j59 will review all appeals within 10 business days and respond with a written decision. j59's decision on appeals is final.
Limitation of Liability
j59 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While j59 takes all reasonable measures to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, j59 does not warrant that the platform will be free from downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party data feed failures, or force majeure events.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j59's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total real-money balance held in that player's j59 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises. j59 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, regardless of how such losses arise.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit j59's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. j59 operates its platform for players in Bangladesh and makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any other jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between a player and j59, the player should first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the j59 support team at [email protected]. j59 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to reach a resolution within 20 business days of receiving a complete complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, it may be referred to a mutually agreed independent dispute resolution mechanism. j59's decision on matters within its sole operational discretion — including bonus awards, account risk classification, and market settlement — is final and not subject to external review.
